With the kick-off-meeting of activity 2.1. the DIWA project is now in full swing. The focus within this activity is on the business developments regarding smart shipping. With the goal to get a clear inside in the digital needs related to this development.
Besides getting to know each other, discussions where held on the scope of the activity, the way in which the project team wishes to work with each other and the first steps to take. To get a good overview of existing projects, (digital) needs and questions related to digitalization, the first step in the activity is to come up with a thorough inventory of pending developments. This will be done in the upcoming month. Based on the planning the analysis of smart shipping business developments will be completed by the end of 2021.
